Delete your account

This page is provided by YBRUT Softwares Private Limited for users of the CASTADI platform, including the CASTADI mobile app and website. Use it to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. To protect you, we ask you to confirm your identity with your account email and password.

What happens when you delete

  • Your profile, login credentials, and personal details are permanently removed.
  • Campaigns, uploaded creatives, and screen listings tied to the account are removed and cannot be restored.
  • Any active or scheduled campaigns are stopped. Please settle or cancel pending bookings before you proceed.
  • Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, GST and payment records, are retained for the period required by Indian law and are not used for any other purpose.
